We focus on providing top notch recreational programs for corporations, mental health providers, resorts and more!  Our instructors are highly trained professionals that are certified in a multitude of skills including yoga, personal training, breathworks, reiki, barre, pilates, surf and paddle board instruction, paddle board fitness classes, wilderness survival, massage therapy and more!
