Nichole is a native San Diegan who fell in love with yoga, deciding to become a teacher of yoga cracked opened a whole new and exciting world that she loves sharing with others. She incorporates the simplicity and basics of yoga while leading you to challenge yourself through your own practice.
Nichole is also a Certified Reiki  and Breathworks Master and offers energy healing session both one on one or long distance.
She is a firm believer in bringing a very practical and no nonsense understanding to the world of energy healing with the motivation that our physical and spiritual bodies both deserve and require your attention equally.
